- Accredited home school associations, K-8, in the United Sates that are organized and operated primarily for educational purposes and have 15 or more students.

A: Your school can earn up to $20,000 each year.

A: Your school can use the money for anything it wants. Computers, books, playground equipment and classroom parties are just some of the ways schools have chosen to use the funds raised through Box Tops for Education.

A: Box Tops for Education has contributed over $200 million to participating schools since the launch of the program in 1996.
Q: How does my school get paid for Box Tops earnings?
A: Schools are issued two checks per year. The December 15th check includes all Box Tops earnings accrued from March 1 to October 31 totaling $20.00 or more. (If the total is less than $20.00, this amount will be carried over and paid in the April 15 check.) The April 15 check includes Box Tops earnings accrued from November 1 through February 28.

A: Check out your local neighborhood Publix store to look for participating products with peel-off coupons on the packaging. Although Box Tops coupons appear on most of the participating brands, sizes and flavors, there are some exceptions.

A: Each Box Tops peel-off coupon is worth 10¢ for your school.

A: INSTANTLY! Once you’ve logged in and entered the codes located on the Box Tops peel-off coupons, your school will be credited 10¢ for each Box Top coupon and the face value of each Bonus Box Top submitted.
Q: When will my school receive payment for its earnings?
A: Payments are made twice each school year, on December 15 and April 15. The December 15, 2007 payment will reflect the amounts earned from March 1, 2007 through October 31, 2007, and the April 15, 2008 payment will reflect the amounts earned from November 1, 2007 through February 28, 2008. Schools that accrue total earnings of less than $20.00 from March 1 through the following October 31 will not be issued a December 15 payment. Instead, those earnings will carry over and a payment will be issued for the entire school year (March 1 through February 28) to those schools in the April 15 payment. It takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks for checks to arrive.
